It is interesting, but all I can say is that from the videos of the fire I saw it seemed to spread very quickly, and that makes me a bit skeptical. I know a little about codes, but I am no expert.

It seems the insulation material (called Celotex RS5000) is a multi-layer material made of PIR and aluminum, and the air gaps between its layers as well as the air gaps between the material and the actual facade acted as chimneys allowing the fire to spread as quickly as if the building had been wrapped in detcord.

The metal of the structure has definitely been affected by the heat and will be a danger to be under. I certainly wouldn't try to reuse it.
