Yep - just watch the min. projectile speed - too slow, an' no results. If you've been watchin' "Top Shot", that's what they're usin' for the explodin' targets.

We used some at a pasture gun shoot last year. 2 of us were "in the know" an' set up some targets....couple of 'em with the binary agent. The reactions/looks were freakin' PRICELESS....<evil grin>

They are going to be in San Angelo for the gun show...think I'll wonder out that way and check it out. The projectile speed does bother me a littls, guess the .45acp won't get it done...but the .223 should with no problem...

Nope - pretty much hasta be a centerfire rifle round. I know they've been workin' on something for handgun cartridges, but nothing so far....

I've used some of Firequest's exploding targets - http://www.firequest.com/ and they'll go off with a 9mm or .45, just not a .22.
