    I wonder how many times he did this without being behind the glass before he decided it was "safe"?
    For me, that would need to be about a million!

    I was watching the local news was doing a section on him and his company. He makes armored cars, IIRC he is in San Antonio.

    I think I would have positioned the bottom edge of the glass behind the armor plate instead of the other way around. That way when my good buddy missed it wouldn't deflect up into my face. Also if you notice on shot two the bottom edge of the glass falls off leaving a gap between the glass and armor you could fire an RPG through lol.

    But still a very cool test. Who was the guy who went around the country demoing ballistic vests by taking a .357 or .44 revolver and shooting himself in the gut with it??

    How about those steel toed slaps?
    I probably saw the same story. Whatever company was in that story, they were shipping armored vehicles to Saudi Arabia w/o authorization. $100K fine IIRC.
