Rolled off of swings Monday morning. So I took a couple vacation days and had the week off. Had a few things I wanted to accomplish.

First was to install a new safe.

Then cleared a spot for a "vertical garden" ... we'll see how this works out.

Then, a trip to the Pate swap meet and snagged this guy ...

Finally a little fun with tannerite and bowling pins ...

Looks like a great week. What items are you trying out in your garden? The only thing I have growing this year is a couple of pepper plants. My Butch T Trinidad Scorpion is looking pretty good so far.

3 tomato, 4 squash (yellow and zuchini) and 2 pepper.

I laid out a soaker hose last night.

What kind of safe is that?

garden tomatoes are the best. Is that welded bull panel on rebar? I might have to do that for my blackberries.

Good eye ... I was inspired by looking at a temporary shelter whose frame was constructed of EMT and connectors.

The connectors are made of cheap round tubing with w 1/4x20 nut welded on. The rebar and connectors all come apart for easy storage.
The wire is concrete reinforcing wire.

Done on the cheap ... but seems very sturdy
