Can a Nevada resident buy rifles/shotguns while here in San Antonio?

My relative is here from Nevada, and I'm pretty certain I've read the laws saying he can buy long guns and shotguns while here since it's a reciprocating state. Has anyone had problems with this at gun stores?

Yes he can. Some gun store employees may not realize this however. We recently had an FFL holder on this forum insist, incorrectly, that he could not sell long guns to out of state residents.
