I still no bill him tho. Someone self proclaimed gang banger tells me he's gonna come back with a gun and shoot up the place and my kids are inside.

I'd believe him and act appropriately.

I agree. Given the basic info of the scenario he may have broken the law, but I doubt I would call guilty with only the information presented here.

New information presented at trial may change that. But at this point I'd only say he is guilty of aiming too low.

And making a series of bad yet legal decisions.
