I was at the Brady, Tx. Ace Hardware today. I saw that they sell CCI .22 long. It wasn't cheap, $11.00 for 100 rounds. But I didn't realize anyone still made .22 long. I thought if anyone had an old .22, they might be interested. Also, the store had a nice selection of long guns, mainly Ruger brand rifles, and a bunch of AR's in different flavors. They had a good selection of ammo, prices were slightly higher than Academy. I bought a couple boxes of Armscor .30 carbine fmj @ $22.00 @ box. Not the cheapest, but it beats shipping costs or driving into Austin. Ammo purchases were limited to two boxes. Next time I go by, I may pick up a box of .22 long just to put into my collection of .22 boxes. I have no connection to Ace Hardware.

Have family in Brady that I haven't seen since I was a kid.
Think it's pretty cool that Ace Hardware sells ammo.
    Gotta love small towns.
