How far are you from Dallas? I'd like to buy this, just would need to know how far I have to travel to get it.

Are you willing to ship to an FFL or are you an FFL by chance? Shipping would be the only real option I would have for the deal to be right. Otherwise I am headed to Fredericksburg the weekend of 11/9 and might be able to set something up then if you still have it.
