    It appears that they are changing the definition of a dealer in order to back door universal background checks. No longer will a dealer be defined as a business is how I read it. This is going to impact casual P2P sales. I hope I’m wrong on this.

    So then here is how you work around this. It says for profit right? Lets say I have a gun purchased in 1970 for $200. Due to the governments interest rates and uncontrolled inflation. In order for this to be a profit calculating for the change in value of our money that $200 firearm would need to be sold for more than $1,614.33 in order to profit anything more than breaking even.
