Already handled by @toddnjoyce . He even got a nice letter in response. It should be back a ways in this thread.

..or maybe it was in the "Price Gauging" thread?

I don’t know where I dumped it, but here it is again.

When I first clicked the link, they were $1,044, now they're down to $727 for the case. It's a deal now!!!
Not sure where they get their dirt but it must have gold in it.

K-5 Arms Exchange in Westlake is wiped out of pistol ammo, but they're still selling their stock at the same prices as in February. Picked up a case of nice Federal .223 during lunch for 56 cents per round. Same price as always at that store. But down to the last four cases of a huge stack they had.
Of their firearms stock, they're only out of Springfield pistols. Everything else is quite boutique, and priced accordingly. But still at the same prices the last two times I was there.

Doubt anything can be done legally.............

Best just not to give them your business...that...they will understand...

I agree. The best way to deal with most retailers when we find their sales methods undesirable, is to voice our displeasure with our wallets.

But that in itself isn't enough. To make sure the point is properly driven, a follow up with a phone call, email or letter to their corporate office should be done as well. Explaining why they will no longer be receiving your business in the future.
