Thanks for posting. Corrigan/Camden schools went to Shelter in Place. Diboll had early release of students as a precaution.
The fear was if the plume made it far enough north the students would be stuck at school.
Have they said yet what the chemicals are/were ?

They say it is wood turpentine, phosphoric acid, xylene, diesel fuel, IMP-IC-2012, sulfuric acid, CDA-121, NP 9, isopropyl alcohol, IMB-BAC-2, AZA-121 dispersant acetic acid.

Phosphoric, sulfuric, acetic acid are not good, The rest of the stuff is just hydrocarbons.
Those three combined with just about any organic material give off nasty, tissue damaging fumes.

Not that I know of, but a spokesman said "yes, it's hazardous substances. But it's not unlike things you have under your kitchen sink."
I must be slacking, as most of ours don't go BOOM.
Sure, we all keep diesel and xylene, and phosphoric acid under our kitchen sinks, right next to the C4

    Hey!!!!

Did you look under my kitchen sink when you were over this morning?

And a little C4 never hurt anybody. Well, maybe hurt a little, but
    you hardly feel anything.
Well maybe a little, but it doesn't last but a split second. ;) :usflag: :flag:

Unless in close proximity, the acetic will likely not be a problem. Phosphoric fumes could be.
