CHL question

I recently took a chl class and filled out all paperwork and sent it with a check to Austin? What is the next thing to happen for me? Do I get a pin # in the mail or is there someway to check it online? So far all I have seen online is a place to apply. Would appreciate any info thanks

Basically, you wait anywhere from 30 to 60 days...hopefully no longer.

There isn't a pin any longer. After about two weeks from the time you submit your application you will be able to get updates where it says "Returning Users".

dont even bother with trying to track it online. i got my plastic in the mail yesterday and it still says online that my background is being reviewed. they dont update the status as often as you would like. but i do know that i got mine pretty fast. i even messed up on one of the papers i sent in and had to correct it and it all took 2 months. i took my test on oct. 17th.
