CHL travel to reciprocal states

Does anyone know the law for Texas CHL carrying in reciprocal states?

I assume when a state reciprocates with Texas, that means the concealed carry rules are the same in both Texas and the other state?

Also what are the laws for travel to a reciprocating state, when you have to drive through a state that does not reciprocate with Texas?

Reciprocal states honor a Texas CHL.
Non Reciprocal states Don't.
You must follow the laws of the state you are in.
Texas state laws do not apply in other states.
