I bought this Yugo M48BO with a stupid tall front blade, rear sight needed to be at 700 meters just to hit at 25 yards. I just cut and sanded it to look more like the original barleycorn style since the windage was actually perfect (and it looked like it had rocksett in the dovetail). By pure chance the height I cut it at was a perfect 100 meter elevation zero with the rear at 200m, and subsequently the rest were all good at their distance -100m. I don't know if I want to leave it and get a new rear sight (owner also fucked up the rear) that starts at 100 or sand it a little more.
