That's what I thought but maybe a TGT member has an experience with this scope....Anyone?

I have not hunted with it. What I can tell you is that it is digital NV with a heads-up display. That will be find for use out of a blind, but that isn't a stalking setup at all. The display screen is going to illuminate you quite nicely.

It is $200 for a daylight scope and digital NV accessory package which includes the screen, IR illuminator, and camera that clips on the eye piece of your scope.

All the glass will be cheap. It will work if you need a proof of concept investment before getting a little more serious about night vision.

Maybe you have a particular issue you want resolved, like a raccoon getting into your daughter's FFA chickens and you want to kill the raccoon. This will work.

Maybe you want to demonstrate targeting while shooting, maybe to teach your kids. This will make for a nice demo tool with the big display screen.

Otherwise, hard pass. This is not going to be your Friday night with the boys hog hunting scope. It is light duty gear.
