You don't need a TSRA officer's signature...a copy of your current valid TSRA card will do. They will keep your info on file so the next time you buy from them the paperwork will be simpler.

I paid TSRA, still haven't received any Emails or further instruction on what to do.... Apparently all you have to do to sign up is pay them and give them your name and adress, and then wait till something happens...

It will take a while before they acknowledge your payment for some reason.....
