I'd imagine the sisters have grown quite adept at compartmentalizing certain parts of their lives but basic logistics can't be avoided.

Are both considered legal adults?
What if the non-marrying one doesn’t want to submit to the husband of the other? Is that rape?
Can they vote twice?
If pregnant and one of them demand abortion?
What if the non-married girl falls in love with another person? Wants to marry? Are the spouses going to take turns being the husband?

So many questions.

According to the internet, yes, they have separate drivers licenses.

Each twin has motor control of "their" side. Walking etc is a coordinated effort.
