Seems strange to me that you would pull the trigger "several" times after it went "bang" the first time if you didn't know it was loaded.

It says he pulled the trigger several times, then it went "bang;" not that it went "bang," and then he continued to pull the trigger.

In my opinion, it's more likely that the shooting was intentional; and since the shooter has already been charged with manslaughter, there's obviously more info than what we're getting in the article!

On a side note, this is what always bugs me about the media...
