Here's another one of my great Colt deals...a 1911 Anniversary edition (production ceased in Nov, 2011) that was the last of the three Colt WW I repros. This is the third one I've owned and I'd say it's the best as far as fit/finish. Easily 98-99%, with all papers, box, outer sleeve, etc. I've fired a total of two magazines thru it-flawless function and perfect point of aim at 20 yards with Federal commercial match 230 grain ball.
One of the nicest commercial Colt 1911s I've owned, but hey, I have 2 of these now and one needs to go (the other gets shot often). Priced to sell (check GunBroker) and ready for the range. Yes, it's a collectible, but it'll still be collectible AFTER you shoot it. Just don't abuse it or carry it under the truck seat. Why buy a Kimber or a Dan Wesson when you can have a Colt, shoot it and get your money back when you sell?
$1200.00 FTF (only), central TX.
