Contacting the NFA Branch - No one home

I have been trying to contact the NFA Branch to ask my examiner a question for two days.

All I have been getting was a voicemail with a full mailbox.

I have been callling 304.616.4500.

Has anyone had any luck getting through to them?

Of course the fact that they are under 40" of snow for hte last few days with more coming may have something to do with this . . . . DUH!
