had someone say that should have the headspace checked on my M14. just how much should that cost? never had any issue with the rifle but only shot maybe 20 times. was considering selling it to get a AR.

Is there a reason you question the headspace? It would take a lot of wear to increase headspace after it is set.

when i asked about a value of it being an import, couple said people will ask if had the headspace checked.

no not full auto, many have no idea what am talking about when say m1a. it is a polytech, have replacement fiberglass stock on it and flashhider with 3 magazines.

Your discription and ad ons have nothing to do with having head space checked. If you're gonna sell it place an ad in the for sale section. Due to being a lesser gun than a Springfield I'd say it's worth maybe $700 to the right person.

Considering parting ways with my Polytech M1A, stock is fiberglass. Maybe 10 rounds through it, not sure when got it, around 15 if not longer. Has 3 magazines. What could it go for? Did not have any issues with it.

The M1A. Have not used in years, then motorcycle accident so have screws in shooting shoulder making it not as strong as used to be even with weight training and months of rehab for the arm and shoulder and leg. Bet TSA has fun seeing all the implants people have.

She's a beaut - best bet is to take it outside for few more pics in sunlight, then post new ad in: for sale classifieds and put what terms you need to make the deal-ex: face-to-face, Tx DL, etc.

I will loan you a set of .308 gauges if you will pay for the postage back to me. Your Polytech is chambered in .308. Very simple to check and you should have no problems doing it yourself.
