I have been doing crossfit for about six months now, and I have seen vast improvements in my strength and a decrease in my shoulder pain.

I'd join but the injury rate is quite high in my area. I'm not sure how they are in Texas. The other thing holding me back is how expensive their monthly rates are. People can get the same or better results from doing P90X.

Its all about finding the right instructors and knowing your limits. Every person that I have met that was injured or overtrained doing crossfit ended up admitting that they let their ego get out of control.

No one forces you to do anything....inside or outside the box. You have to know what you can handle. Run on that edge though, without going over, and the results are outstanding.
