I loved ordering from them in the past. I hated their "warehouse" shipping crap, but I usually just scavenged for things from the same warehouse as the main item I was purchasing to get the most mileage out of my shipping costs. Typically, if I ordered early enough, I had my stuff the next day. It was great in that regard. But after seeing what they did in 2013, I haven't ordered since. It's sad, because from what I gather the owner is a Christian that goes to the same church as one of my coworkers. I understand supply and demand cost increases, but what they did was flat out taking advantage of their customers. I won't argue whether it was right or wrong, but seeing that one of their stores is closing down speaks loads to people voting with their wallets.
