Just got back from the Decatur Gunshow.
About 1/3 was knives, clothing and jewelry.
Most of the firearms were NEW.
Since I am a collector of used late 19th and early 20th century arms there was not much to pick from.
20 to 30 vendors so I spent about 30 minutes walking the isles then left.
There was a GIANT 30.06 sign warning about concealed weapons NOT ALLOWED at the event.
You could have gone to the Original FW show, paid $10 to park, $10 to get in and seen the same 30.06 sign, the same knives, NEW guns and clothing.
I know for a FACT that Gary had several very collectible revolvers for sale.
I don't know who Gary is but I did see 5 or 8 Colt SAA in .45 Colt.
I saw one or 2 other calibers but at $2000+ for each it was little more than I wanted to spend today.
I saw a NICE A5 Browning in 12 Ga. but I already have one.
I was hoping to see a few M1 carbines or a REALLY NICE Winchester Model 42.
There was a Winchester Model 67 but it was a little high at $195 and I already have one 67 and two model 68s.
