Probably not. Too much time has passed that the statute of limitations probably applies.

But, it does expose her and the entire Obama Administration for what they were doing to hinder Trump getting elected, in which Biden was a part of, or at the very least knew what was going on.

In the least, might further discredit Biden as being electable. I hope, but not holding my breath!
