That's funny! There are reasons that the Gov has a Mansion provided by the state...and part of it is that there are social functions that are held there with other Gov's, Presidents and other heads of state...

My local liberal disrag has been printing those letters with testimonials about candidates. I sent one in on Perry 3-4 days ago. It hasn't been in the paper yet.

If that pea brained pinhead was elected to be Governor, his Houston type spending and borrowing would have everybody eventually living in rented trailers in a
short while. He has nothing of substance to offer and all his BS is typical Dem mud throwing that the Dems always resort to in every election. As the Amerindians say, He speaks with a forked tongue ! I suspect if the Nation's Capitol wasn't in such a mess and their attemps to turn capitalism into socialism, Mr. Perry would gladly join the ranks of former Governors but he doesn't want to abandon us in this time of danger to freedom and trouble. Give the liberals a half of a peace sign by voting the scum out of Washington !

Am I wrong to think our Texas Governor should be treated well and live like he is the man we wanted to run our state?
I really dont have a problem with Perry's housing arrangements. I actually think the Gov. should live in whatever the hell he wants too as long as we decide to elect him and give him the job of running the state.
