Yes, that one I just up in Bridgeport about 30 minutes from me.Don’t know of any clubs but there are some good places to go 4 wheeling within 1-2 hours from Dallas. I recently went to an ohv park that is owned by a city that was fun and family friendly. I think it was called northwest ohv park?

nevermind, looks like it's plenty of fun
same size lift as me. I'd like to go 2-4" higher and step up to 38s (and down from 20s to 16s... back to old school).

Does anybody know of some good clubs that aren't just Jeep only clubs or require Facebook around DFW? I don't know anyone in TX yet to go rock crawling with so I thought I would look for a club to join.
that part looks the most fun to me. As mentioned, I'd want a few more inches of lift and 38s with some decent meat.Last scene looks like some of what we drove on a fishing trip at Platoro Colorado .
looks like that's an hour from me. Wonder if it's any fun for a big heavy diesel?

your F150 is probably pretty close to the size of my F250 (156" wheelbase).I took my f150 there and had fun. A lot more areas for jeeps. Long wheel base will bottom out on a lot of the trails but there are some fun areas there to get in some thick deep mud. If you have a big lift there’s a couple nice hill climbs.

Right now it doesn't sit super high, but in the video I posted (same setup as me) you see him get close to the driveshaft a couple times. I'd probably bring my 8 year old twins so I'd like to wheel without a spotter.
Just found some lift components from PMF (high quality parts, mostly for diesels, mostly fords) to get me up to the height I'm looking for without breaking the bank.
Hopefully start on that this fall once we've made more progress with the house.

I went to Bridgeport the other year with my Rubicon, not a bad place. Several spots had more mud than I wanted though. The other guys I was with didn't mind the mud, I prefer rocks.Yes, that one I just up in Bridgeport about 30 minutes from me.

I also hate mud, but the 10 year old inside me makes me floor it and do donuts whenever I'm in it.I went to Bridgeport the other year with my Rubicon, not a bad place. Several spots had more mud than I wanted though. The other guys I was with didn't mind the mud, I prefer rocks.
isn't that the point?I also hate mud, but the 10 year old inside me makes me floor it and do donuts whenever I'm in it.
