Here's the deal as I see it. Even IF Biden committed a criminal act, who would even arrest him, much less even charge him. He has a clear case of a built-in incompetency defense already in his favor. Plus, he pretty much has the DOJ in his back pocket, so they won't touch him with a ten foot pole!
