    Of course, criminals get their guns illegally except for the few the Military and Law Enforcement don' report to NICS. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out a felon or person with criminal charges that prohibit him from buying a gun is going to an FFL Holder to buy one.

    If you did not have to disarm to go into an establishment that you cannot CC or OC, the sidearm would not be left in the auto. Also, locking your doors would help. Yep there are people who still leave a firearm in cars where they can be seen.

    I was questioning the fact that you state he IS going to an FFL.
    Wouldn't you mean "isn't"?
