That's one. The abuses are piled up and most are getting away with them. Where does a mayor or county judge close public parks because they don't want people to celebrate Easter? In Texas.

It is well established that public emergencies do not give birth to new powers. Love it or hate it, but the Warren court pretty much established that broad restrictions on the public at larger are unconstitutional.

I'm hoping, when this pandemic dies down, and some sense of normalcy returns, that there are going to be lawsuits filed, in regards to those who did, or attempted to infringe upon the rights of the people.
