I saw a Kahr CW40 for sale on TGT that I was interested in. I'm a big fan of all Kahrs as a carry pistol but this one listed a trigger job that reduced the pull weight. This scares me, I have always considered the heavy pull on DAOs as the safety when one doesn't otherwise exist. Am I paranoid?
Depends. What do they mean by lighten? What was the pull weight before and what now. Most important what was done and what was required for 100% primer ignition?
You'd keep it in a holster, right? It's still going to take a long deliberate pull to fire. I don't see the problem unless they lightened the hammer spring to where it would strike the primer too lightly.
