Single malt Scotch. Cragganmore works, cask strength McAllen is the best, but at $80+/bottle it happens infrequently.

We did a taste test recently. The consensus was that the 18 Glen Livit tastes better than the 18 Macallen. But they are both dang good.

I'm a beer man and after spending countless dollars on award winning micro-brews and expensive imports, I still favor Heineken, original Shiner, and Guinness Extra Stout.

Had some authentic homemade Apple Pie Moonshine last week. Damn, I could get used to that stuff. Felt the impact after about 1/3 of the mason jar :)

I don't always drink beer, but when I do I prefer... Shiner Bock. 1st Street Ale. Coors Light.

Liquor - Canadian Mist. I know it's kind of lowbrow but I don't like the finish of top shelf.

Beer - Moosehead and Duvel. What can I say? I'm a closet Maine-niac.

I discovered Boodles gin. Now gin martini please. :) Such a different flavor from those other gins I've tried. Thank Rey from Ace Gillets.

In no particular order: Single malt neat, Pomegranate Martinis, Margeuritas, Rusty Nails, Napolean Brandy, Manhattans, Jack and Coke, Lemon Hart Rum in anything, Fall Creek Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvigon, Tequila Shooters, Le Fin du Monde Trippel beer, Harvey Wallbangers, Pina Coladas, Ruffino Chianti, Absinthe, Fonseca Port, Drambuie, Benedictine and Brandy, Ice Wine, Granville Island Bock, Shiner Bock, Argentinian Malbec, german Reisling, Rahr's Ugly Pug and Iron Thistle, Tom Collins, Chenin Blanc, Sangria, Wee Heavy, well, that's working from memory, I'll go through the beer fridge, liquor cabinet and wine racks another time and list all that I have on hand. No one goes thirsty in the Sapper household.

I may need to redo mine. I LOVE the Jose Cuervo Reserva De Familia Tequila. Its not shooting tequila, its sipping tequila much like a single malt scotch.

I keep a bottle in my fridge and drink it without ice or mixer of any kind. And the boxes are really cool too. I have 8 or 10 of them (the boxes).
