In mild, medium, or hot?


Pace is the bomb with morning eggs. The mild is tomato sauce. The medium is for bold Yankees, the hot (to me) is really mild.....but still good.

I don't get siracha. It taste funky to me. Has a twang I can't get past.

Depends on what I want. Cholula Chipotle and Sriracha are my usual go-to's. Sriracha if I want something sweeter, CC if I want something smokier.

As for picante or salsa, I prefer the saucier kind over chunky (where I'd rather just have pico). The HEB plastic-bagged ones seem to be pretty good. Get a chipotle/darker style and serve it warm and I'm a happy man.

Gotta be the hot. For me, the hot is not really hot enough. Medium is for women and children.

Carried LRP's, but always in the rucksack was a bottle of Tobasco and a shaker with a mixture salt, pepper and garlic powder.
