What rounds are in "Busters" belt loops?

Appear to be .30 U.S.Army(aka .30-40 Krag).
The round was popular with LEO's from the mid 1890's until about 1920.

Evidently even back then, they used the pistol to get to the rifle.

Here's a rather well known picture of a couple of Arizona Rangers. Supposedly taken about 1900.
The guy on the right has a Winchester Model 1895 carbine. These were popular with mounted LEO's due to their power and range.
At the time most lever guns were still using blackpowder cartridges hence they were underpowered and required more cleaning.
The old Krag round hit hard.
