I find it odd the way they show it being used in the video.
They hold it up similar to a carbine, but not at the shoulder.
It's not touching ANY part of the body that I see.

This item is designed as a stabilizing brace. It is neither designed nor intended to be a stock. Stabilize the brace against forearm or against the cheek- always be careful to keep face back from the firearm. Refer to acceptable positioning of stabilizing braces. Refer to all state laws in which you decide before installing and using product.
The KPOS creates a SBR, where the Flux is a brace. Currently the brace concept is legal without a tax stamp.I am all for innpvation but I would take a KPOS over that. The fact that we have to ask Papa for permission to attach a piece of plastic to a tool tells you exactly where we are in the Republic. Oh give you $200 to have one? I am pretty sure we started a revolution for less.
