Form1 wait times?

I have a can and a NFA trust, but want to get some more. Been thinking of doing a Form 1 (I think those are the ones you make at home after you get your approval). Any advice or heads up on the wait time?

Form 1s I've seen come back the same day. The Average wait time for Form 1s tends to be between 10 and 40 days.
