I get their flyer every year and get the fruit cake .
I think they are very good.

The Brookshire Brothers one that I injected with rum was pretty good. I actually wonder if it came from Collins Street minus the tin. The plastic cake dome really sucked.

Before we moved I scored a couple of Collins Street that were marked down at Randall’s. Now that we have extra freezer space I would freeze a few if I found them marked down.

Bottom line you get what you pay for. Dollar Store, Family Dollar & Dollar General along with stop & robs might sell a bootleg chicom fruit cake that sucks.
