That’s my guess. Hey, with the technology of photogrammetry the broad casters can take their cameras and calibrate the ballpark. This allows floating a semi-opaque solid representing the strike zone over home plate. It also allows the generation of the ball trajectory solid in real time. Now add in instant feedback from viewers on the ball/strike calls via web polling and we’ll clean up MLB once and for all. Oh yeah, no more centerfield catcher views.
