At that price it's got to be an old picture. But I sure wish I knew the locations of pawn shops that are this incompetent with guns. I'd be dropping in all the time to see what else they have no idea they have.

Hmmmm. I'll only do the short version since the long one would have too much technical jargon and too many swear words.

I used to love boingboing.net. It was a site where you could express opinions without much censorship to a mostly above-average-smart crowd with tech-industry leanings. I found it a perfect fit.

Jardin was instrumental in turning it into a screaming, steaming, burning pile of contentious shit. They went ultra-woke many, many years before going woke was fashionable and the place went right down the toilet.

I felt like I'd been evicted from my home. Just seeing her picture gives me a knot in my stomach.

Nah, not expensive, just never really caught on.
It was a Christmas gift when I was ~12, if I remember correctly.

ETA: It was Remingtons answer to .22mag, that nobody asked.

Back when I was into photography I used to hit the pawnshops all the time because while some may not know much about guns most know even less about camera equipment. I found this one pawnshop that paid $30 bucks for 35MM camera lenses then sold them for $90. I found a 21MM Nikon wide angle lens on the shelf for 90 bucks. I had to work hard to not start laughing like an idiot as they rang me up. That lens was worth over $1,800!
