When I was a teen we got a Dodge donated to us with a hemi under the hood, push button transmission. No key, we jumped the solenoid to start it. Long story short towed it to local dragstrip, I primed the carb, spilled gas on the manifold. Jumped the solenoid, flash fire on the start line. I panicked and tried blowing it out, someone ran up with fire extinguisher and put it out. Wouldn't start after that, never made it down the track.
