I mean this with all due and gentle respect...but I think you're missing the point.

Like eating Tide pods, there's a minor fad currently floating around out there where kids snort condoms up their noses then pull them out of the back of their throats through the mouth.

A suspect they are accustomed to having condoms at the back of their throats during different sorts of activities.
