Women drivers <sigh>
I think it is a choice with some and not with others. My wife has a cousin (eldest boy in the family) who was "different", even as a child. While all his male (and some female) friends/siblings/family were playing with cars, toy guns, army, etc, he was playing with my wife's sisters dolls, dresses, etc. He is still that way and openly gay. He isnt trans, thinks hes a guy, but has absolutely zero interest in girls. I have 2 different friends I grew up with who were the same way despite having older brothers who are straight.
I think some of it is genetic. The cousin is the eldest of 4, 3 boys and one girl. His mom isnt openly gay, but I would be EXTREEMLY suprised if she wasnt due to numerous factors. Same thing with his sister. One of my friends is a middle child out of 5 (3 girls, 2 boys). Two out of the 5 are openly gay (my friend and the youngest girl). All of these were susspected of being gay from a very young age, too young to even be interested in or have knowledge of those kind of things. For them, I firmly believe, they didnt have a choice in the matter.
My sister and several others I know are a totally different story. It was 100% a choice. My sister was boy crazy growing up, but as an adult, she has dated both men and women.
As you said, everyone experiences it a little bit different.
Guns have only two enemies: rust and politicians!
Thanks for sharing. I never thought about genetics playing a part. That is very intriguing and now has me very curious.I think it is a choice with some and not with others. LolThe comment was meant to be is jest. I try not to let PC get in the way of a joke. I'm not opposed to their lifestyle of choices. I commend anyone who make the hard choices to better their lives and their family.
Seriousness over...carry on...
