Where I used to work we had an employee who used a motorized scooter. She was a tiny little thing with some sort of degenerative disease making her unable to walk more than a few steps without, essentially, falling down. It was painful to watch her transition from scooter to desk chair. I knew her boss and he said she was excellent at her job.His wheelchair was motorized and he would get behind her and push her down the hall at what looked 40mph.

Unfortunately, she was dangerous when she was away from her desk.
This woman had no perception of her speed when she was on her scooter; she ran at wide-open-throttle all the time. If she was a bit late to work, the lobby would be filled with people waiting for certain offices to open and she'd plow right into the crowd. I've literally watched a crowd jumping out of her way in a scene that looked like a terrorist driving a truck. There were a couple of incidents when she ran into people. She'd even back into crowded elevators at top speed.
She almost never took any note of the people around her. When she did, she just sorta stared at people like "Why the hell didn't you get out of my way?"
It was sad, funny, and infuriating at the same time.
That filmaker is, uh, kinda weird. But, hey, he's found a niche and he fills it. I suppose it's a living.
I'm guessing that picture will be a shock to her.
