Reminds me of that German tourist that ran over an old school jack stand on a highway in (if I remember correctly) New Mexico back in the 90’s. It penetrated the floorboard, the drivers seat, and his yasshole. At 60+ mph.
Every time I have to use a jack I think about that damn newspaper article
People have committed suicide because of it. I can appreciate how they made that decision.

I’ve had Tinnitus as well and sleep with a fan nearby to drown out the hissing, whistles, and other sounds that, as far as I know, don’t exist in nature.
My audiologist told me he’s had patients that have gone batsh1t crazy from tinnitus. That would suc, to put it mildly.
