My grandmother did.
My dad’s mom could shoot very well too. To hear her tell it was basically the scene from Second Hand Lions, keeping peddler’s off the farm!I don't recall a great grandma, but my grandma lived in the country and I lived with her and my aunt for a long time. Grandma introduced me to shooting.
When we were kids was helping my dad, he was welding a steel beam, me and my brother was holding it. He was above us and sparks were raining down on us. He said keep it steady. Another time he was constructing a dock, me and my brother were in the water, dad was in a row boat. He's telling us the hold the wood steady while crabs were crawling around us.
...and bench seats.I miss vent windows.
