Garand work in the Austin area?

I have procured a Garand that is in dire need of some TLC. It has been disassembled so the years of accumulated crud can be scrubbed off. Also the barrel has seen better days. Anyone know of a smith in the Austin area with the tools and skills to do a barrel change?
