True to form, MoveOn already has this story on their website to justify the "need" for restrictive new gun laws. Because that's the way to deter criminals - add new laws to the ones they already don't give a damn about.

.....yet they don't mention that some of the strictest gun regulations in the country are already in place in Chicago.

More gun laws in a because of a shooting in a city that has some of the highest crime in the nation and some of the strictest gun laws while places that are much more lenient have much lower crime and murder rates.

I gotta admit, they have an extraordinary ability to ignore common sense and even the most basic deductive reasoning.

And the very biased media also continues to not report on the fact that Aurora, IL, the second most populous city in Illinois, subject to the same onerous state laws and just as open to "guns brought in from less restricted areas" had NO murders (guns, knives, fists, clubs ...) in 2012!

As we keep repeating, new laws are not the solution.
