Ive had my White Hat for over 2 years. Recently after switching the kydex one of the Chicago screws just turned freely amd couldnt bite jnto the leather.
I wrote to them a skin if I could condition the leather or how to fix this?
They are sending me a new leather backing for free plus some Chicago screws.
Just mentioning it here since they gave such great customer service years after the sale.
