Had echocardiograms stress tests and all normal no issues. Normal for my age group. I needed it for a SI joint fusion surgery next week. Hopefully my last surgery as I'm feeling pretty good. I can now mow the yard or walk a mile a couple or 3 times a week. I need extra pain meds and am stuck on bed after but I'm doing it and at a pretty low dose. All things considered im doing ok.
I had a spinal fusion last year which was my 10th surgery. I'm fused in my whole lumbar spine and my rt SI joint was so bad it fused itself over the last couple years and that pain is gone mostly so I'm really looking forward to the left one.
I'll still have the pain from all the surgery and infection that almost killed me but I can deal with that. I'll trade a little extra pain and pain meds for decent cardio health and some more life.
Now I need my colonoscopy before years end and I'll be good coming and going.
Take care of yourselves. We got lots more bitching about shit to do.
Like 800 dollar gen 3 glocks. You believe those fools....even if I sold one now I wouldnt screw over fellow gun people. Which reminds me, I sold a few guns a couple months ago and didnt screw folks over.
Lol
