I don't have a goose gun. Will my12 Ga. O/U browning Citori get it done? If so what size shell?

    Thanks in advance.

If it has a 3" chamber, yes. If it doesnt, buy one or borrow one. If you are going to buy one, be sure it has a 3 1/2" chamber. Geese are tough critters, especially big Canada's. By the time January rolls around, they have already been shot at for 4 months, so they are going to likely be a little decoy shy. As far as shot goes, steel is cheaper, but is not worth a crap. Spend the extra money and buy bismuth or tungsten. #2's or B's. Steel is just too light to be effective unless the birds are close

Yep, if it has a 3 inch chamber it will do just fine. Generally a 3 inch shell only has about 1/4 oz less shot give or take than a 3 1/2 inch 12 or 10 GA shell.
